Dutch Police about SRV-8 ROV
We are getting another SRV-8 system because this ROV
has drastically changed the way we work in our underwater search & recovery operations. We’ve had ROV’s in the past, but they were not as user friendly and took much more time to set up.
This change in operating procedure has led to us needing the ROV several times a week and making it a critical “need to have” part of our procedure instead of a nice to have extra tool.

So, to ensure that we always have a working SRV-8 on site we need at least 2.
Luckily because we don’t need the other sonar systems anymore, we were able to find the budget to get the second one.
