Ocean Modudules V8 Sii ROV
A very well kept ROV. The condition of the system is extremely good.

As the V8 Sii is predestined for Side Scan Sonar operations the owner have come up with an adapter to integrate onto the ROV various Sonars or other thirdparty sensors.
They still have a long range Tritech ROV Side Scan available which can be hooked up also onto a Tritech DFP Super Seaking Sonar via Arcnet or can be operated stand-alone.
For the bigger Seaking Sonar or Tritech Hammerhead Survey Sonar there is an extra cut out in the top buoyancy block.
For this they have a special power and telemetry adapter which will be part of the sale.
Also the Surface unit has been adapted to share out telemetry.
The system runs as normal on both Power tubes - No fault indication via diagnostics.
In March 2023 a new DCDC Card and Power Capacitor (totalling over 2000€) in Power Tube 1. Was installed.
A new Power capacitor in PT 2 as a safety measure is installed.
There was a new Overlayboard fitted some time ago.
Extras:
4 high power LED lights in addition to the Standard Halogen light is added.
There is standard Tritech Micron Sonar whip attached.
There is also a sturdy Micron Sonar protector which is not available from Ocean Modules.
There is an extra light for the manipulator.
The V8 Sii ROV Sytem comprises off:
V8 Sii, (WD 500m)
ca 250m Umbilical (Copper with 4 Twisted Pair so one spare for sensors etc.) on compact slipring drum
Fiber Optics and umbilical could be installed.
