BUVI Scandinavia will deliver its first Oceanbotics SRV-8X OPTIMUS system equipped with 3 unique features.

  • New additional camera that has a depth range of 500m with both digital and analogue ZOOM

  • New laser with on/off control from the SubNav Software

  • Fiber connector for deeper than 500m as an alternative to standard cable connection.

The SRV-8X OPTIMUS ROV will primarily be used for research purposes, search and for maritime police work.
